Really wanted to go to this because Papa Roach is way better than Bowling for Soup that we're stuck with in Columbus but alas we have Milwaukee and Chicago tickets now so I cannot complain too much.

NC to NKY is around 10 hours from Charlotte.

When I pull up the map it says it is about a 6 1/2 hour drive for us. We are an hour out of Charlotte. That isn't a bad drive at all. We could do that Friday after I get off from work since I usually work over through the week anyway and can leave early on Fridays. My husband gets out of school at 1:00 on Fridays.
I wonder what time people will arrive since it is a GA show. I want to be right up front since I'm basically 5' nothing. |

Oh that's not bad at all.
I don't think it really matters when you get there. If you're tiny (I am too) I find people don't mind because they can see over your head. Plus most know we have no hope in seeing if we are not right at the front. Our group decided against Kentucky because we already had Columbus tickets (which pisses us off but what can you do) and are going to Milwaukee and Chicago. And to go to Chicago I had to change my one flight. Don't want to pay two change fines. No idea how far we are driving for each though. Milwaukee to Chicago is about an 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours depending on traffic.

So glad they decided to add some more dates in the US before the end of the year! We are there for concert #9 in a year! Hurray!
