I think they will be repeating it. Here's a review of what went on.
Trapt played the first unplugged song. I missed it.
Jasin announced SD's first song as 'Shave Me'. Then everybody in the studio starts saying 'shave me' 'shave me'. After Save Me (I could tell Brent had trouble singing save me instead of shave me, but he did it--funny), Jasin announced, 'Fuck. I had the DI off.' Having heard J say 'fuck', everybody else starting off on a swearing tyrade. They got really carried away...fuck, shit, pussy, balls, cunt. Balls? Balls ain't a curse word, ya weirdos. Sombody said you can say anything you want on this station. Here we go again, shit, fuck,...
Trapt does 'I Want You Back'.
Chris or Simon says, 'That sounded drunk.'
Bodhi (he's the DJ) then asked the guys, 'All your songs pretty much start out as acoustic, right?' To which all replied, yes, they all start out as acoustic.
Shinedown then announces they will play Needle Floss. Needle Floss? Where do they get this stuff? I Dare You is next.
After, somebody (not sure who, Chris, I think) said, 'That was hot guys.' And it was.
Break again. Brent said something about that song having the highest range of all his songs. Brent and Chris then have a discussion about hitting high ranges in songs. Brent comments on how it seems so easy in the studio, then when you get on the road it's just impossible to hit those high notes. He said, 'it's like, fuck, I gotta hit that every night? So, I gotta take it down to a managable key. Like Jasin says, 'Once it's recorded, it's there forever'.' Then Chris and Brent talk about how your voice gets stronger while on the road. Brent says he gets LSD (Lead Singer Syndrome).
Trapt rips Headstrong.
During this break, the guys go to a very wrong place by discussing tea-bagging chicks, and dudes--then they throw in a disclaimer. 'we would never do that.' Ok. Whatever.
Shinedown treats us to .45. Last song.
Bodhi, says 'right on'. SD and Trapt close out by thanking everybody and exclaiming on how wonderful XM and satellite radio is, why? Because you can hear your music played they way it was intended, and because you can say, fuck, piss, shit, cunt, and of course, balls.
Before sign-off, Jasin yells 'my buddy, Waz--all right!'
