Here is the latest update on Jasin for his many fans out there across the nation.

First, of all, he would like to thank all the many well wishes from everyone including many band members from other bands. Brent has been in touch with Jasin also...they are good friends to dismiss any rumor otherwise!

He has received many cards, calls and well wishes over the last several weeks. He would like to thank a few of the fans which had heartfelt stories to tell of their own life ups and downs...some could barely write to him but wanted Jasin to know they cared for him even through their own pain. A special thanks to Krys, and Tami. Also, to "some" of the others, Peter, Angie, Sarah and 1 crazy mama. Sorry we can't name all of the folks that contacted him but you know who you are...smile

Jasin is becoming his old self with every day that passes.......he is playing his guitar, riding his motorcycle, fishing, lots of reading, helping us around our farm, and just hanging out with his family. Jasin is out of the fog and back in the light.

With all of his friends, fans, support groups and most of all his family continued support, Jasin is conquering the past and looking toward the future.

Ask him if he needs a fishing buddy. It's good he's taking some time to cool down, and hopefully enjoy life.

Thats really good to hear..I don't think I will ever like shinedown the way I did in the past.Its just not the same to me without Jasin. May he work all his demons out.

Thanks so much for the update. So glad to hear he is doing better. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about him. Same for my kids, too. We all love your boy!

it made me so happy to see that my card made it to Jasin and hopefully it helped. Shinedown and Jasin has helped me through my hard times and I just wanted to give something back. tell Jasin every day he will get stronger and i will keep him in my prayers.

Ahh, good ol' Jasin haha.
(I had made a thread with an mp3 of one of our friends doing an absolutely terrible cover of 45 and worded the post like it was a serious cover... I posted it as a joke because it was hilarious but I guess he took it as a parody lol)
