I think you all know what the title means. Please take this time a piano with you to play "Call Me". It would be so great to hear you perform it and I think I am not the only one here who wants, exuse me, who needs to hear it. I watch the MTV2 footage over and over again, because it's 1000 times better than the album version, there is so much power in it, especially when Brent and Eric sing together. It's magic.
They have already played Call me on guitar before. So even if they don't take a piano with them, they could play this song. The guitar version is one of my favourites...

I haven't heard Call Me live so far, so whatever version would be greatly appreciated. A piano would make it really special, but I don't think there's room on the stage for it (at least not in the club I saw them last time)
I've got a simple fear, I think someone will come just to put me away, into a cage, where I never can see the sun
Originally posted by Klaustrophobia: they just use a keyboard. takes up very little room, and it is only out for the one song.
The case for the keyboard alone is HUGE though. It sits (set up) side stage for the whole show, gets put out for Call Me, and then goes back side stage where it gets put away. It's small compared to B's drums, but it's a rather large case, really.
are they playing tiny stages across the pond then? they had it in the Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh, and there was barely enough room to breathe in there. I don't get why it wouldn't fit in the tourbus either, since it did for the US tour. Can't get the same size bus i guess?

Yeah, they play smaller clubs over here. This is the stage they had for their headlining show in Zurich last February: I still remember, when I first entered that club I was like.. where the hell is the stage? Oooh, right there in the corner! Not much space to move around, and even less to put on a piano (the great thing though is that you can put your beer on the stage, and you're incredibly close to the band, you can even mess with their guitars)
As for the bus, I doubt there even exist busses as big as in the US over here. I mean, the mobile homes I saw when I was in the US were like huuuuge!

Ha, I also remember the moment when I entered the Luxor in Cologne. That was the same feeling! The club was so small, there was space for about 300 people and the stage wasn't really bigger than in Zürich. But it was good to be so close to them. As I said, they could still play it on guitar...
