Hey
I need some help. I know this has nothing to do with shinedown, but I'm having some issues. My father and step-mother split up in february and he's been put into jail a few times for being stupid and he's also been put into the hospital in may for trying to commit suicide. now that I'm trying to be on my own and want to see my ex-step-mom he's being a selfish basterd and wont let me see her. And there is nothing I can do because I still live under his roof and I can't move out until I'm done with school. any advise?

call a friend and have a heart to heart conversation! go spray your room with some nice smelling spray stuff and decorate your room with art things..... then go take a bubble bath.... and listen to some relaxation music. I always feel better after a nice hot bubble bath but defiently call a friend... they may not be able to do much but theey may know someone who can. try to shown yyou step mother that you are a responsible person and maybe she give you more privegles

my friend have help me a LOT through my troubles and i do enjoy helping people with theirs ... hmm wish sirthava was here.... hee is so hot LOL and a good friend of mine

a yeah another reason why friend hel is because somettime just hanging out with them can give you an escape and get your mind of things or they can make you lauggh or what not
