Hey has anyone noticed that the Atlantic Records website has nothing about the new album. I know its still a month out but you would think they would at least have it on the upcoming albums list.

Well the band has a history of really doing most of the leg work themselves through touring their little asses off. Sadly it doesn't suprise me that Alantic hasn't put anything up, come on SD a rock band not some rap group they never promote rock groups like they do rap groups.

Your right!! sad but true! You would think a record company that has an artist.. better yet ARTISTS (The whole damn band) that play music and sing songs that actually mean something to people like Shinedwon does. The least they could do is advertise to people who might (Dont know how) not know how F'n great this band is!

Yeah! It pisses me off that they have on the main page of their site bands that I've listened to and they aren't talented or as good as shinedown....

Thats because no one is as talented or as good as SHINEDOWN =)

You have to commend Shinedown (or whoever else) has been working their tails off for this release though, seeing Devour will be featured with WWE (huge number of fans there) and with Madden 08 (another huge number of people). They are getting the single played at numerous stations ahead of time and the single is coming out a decent time before the CD. I really hope to see them finally crack the top ten position on the Billboard charts.

Has Atlantic Records ever updated that page? It still shows the picture of the original band members (how I wish it were true).

They don't promote the band but seem to have no hesitation about ditching its members.
