Hey I have been trying to find some cool T-Shirts of the band, and the only place I can find online is the Merch Link on Shinedown.com. I have a few ideas for T-shirts that I would like to make, but I cannot legally use the logo or anything like that because of legal matters. I was wondering if you guys would care if I made myself a t-shirt or two, using your logo and band name, for my own personal use. I would not sell these or make any profit off of them. I love the band and would like to show that I support them by wearing shirts with the band on there, but I cant if they dont have my size or never have any in stock, let alone find a place that actually DOES sell them. If someone could get back to me about this that would be great. Sorry I didnt know where to send this since there is no "Contact Us" link or anything that I seen. If it is ok for me to use the logo, I have found a place that will be more than happy to make me a couple t-shirts to wear, but until then, the law says otherwise. Thanks a lot and keep on rocking! making things for personal use and are not for sale is NOT copyright or trademark infringement

as long as no profit is being made, and you are not gaining goods or services for the merchandise you create, then no copyright or trademark laws are being violated. as long as you dont claim to have INVENTED any symbol or logo that you use, then there is not really anything they can do except ask you not to make them....other than that...it should be cool

oh i was wondering the same thing because no stores sell shinedown stuff none not even the local rocker store!!!stupid ,but true well ok thanks!!!
