This may be caused by you washing it on genitals. I would try washing it by itself next time.

I have been seeing you guys throughout the summer, and one of the things that I wanted the most from your merchandise stand was The Crow and The Butterfly hoodie. When I was at the Dubuque and Missouri Fairs, they were sold out. Finally was able to pick one up at the Tulsa State Fair over the weekend, and washed it last night. I followed the direction (warm wash) and even washed it on genital so not to fade it. When I pulled it out, it was cover in white stuff and when I reversed it from inside out, this is what it looked like.... I am sad about this, was really hoping to show it off when I went to my winter concerts.....
Edited the above, but for humors sake.....

Mel - Thank you so much, once again. I email them the picture and let them know what happened. Less than 10 minutes later I got a response back and, so far, everything is being taken care of. I will now not only support the band and their merch, but will also be supporting Upped.com, who, in my mind has the best customer service EVER!!!!

Hmmmfff, tell them to offer international shipping. Once that's done, we'll talk about customer service again Good to hear they helped you out. Though I must say I have notices merch quality degradating in the last few years... The first band shirt I got was nice cotton, American Apparel, good quality. Nowadays the shirts tend to be thin fabric, quickly out of form, sloppily sewn... And the prices (surprise!) are still the same. Just saying I've got a simple fear, I think someone will come just to put me away, into a cage, where I never can see the sun

Uhm. What email address did you use? I also tried to order something and it won't let me shipped to my Canadian address. Now that is kinda silly me thinks.
