I haven't been on your site long--it cracks me up how these people worship your band instead of what you bring to us --is the music in all of you--that is your gift to us-- you put your pants on one leg at a time the same way I do--that always keeps me from thinking ur different than I am--hell i probably have more $$ than you do --that is another misconception---all music peeps have $$--I've promoted many people-- to grammys and they all remain the same--I wish people would get that--you are still the same people before you got fame--you all seem still grounded--cool

Funny - you must swing with a different crowd of musicians than I do! I've often said that I know only two bands who make a living full-time with music. That's Shinedown as a whole (now granted, everyone has their side projects and fall-back careers) and Duff McKagan's Loaded (with Duff having more money than God, and the other three guys doing okay, but generally keeping their day jobs too).

To emphasize my point - these are the only two bands that I know PERSONALLY. There are plenty out there making money that I have yet to meet or may never meet.

Everyone else would love to be RICH AND FAMOUS, but it either a)hasn't happened yet or b)they're getting pretty famous, but where's the CASH??

Needless to say, from the well-off fellas to the music / gig-playing hobbyist, they're all pretty much the same. Happy to be doing what they do, and enjoying the living crap out of being on stage entertaining fans! Humble, yes, and very grateful.

That was my point --because the bands are on stage an have some fame--people have misconceptions--money # 1--SILLY-- Yah I've promoted a few that have won grammy's -actually did some of thier first concerts but they are still the same cool people--never changed
