Was just checking Billboards latest RIAA certifications and saw that "Us & Them" has been certified Gold!! Thats 500,000 sold people! Congrats to the boys in the band!

I really didn't think it could take this long for a cd to go from 400,000 records sold to 500,000 but that is so great.

I just looked at the billboard thing and it said that they were certified November 13th i think, I know it was in novemeber but I wonder why we never heard anything about it other then just rumors

Well, when you got a label that does jack and/or shit to promote you. Shit like this don't get mentioned. Great news! I am very happy!! However, I am pretty sure it still is quite a bit away from 500,000 CDs sold. RIAA certification is based on CDs shipped! So there are quite a few CDs still at stores, but I am betting CDs sold is probably around 450,000 from what I have heard. But that does not matter, the certification is the important part and I am very happy!!!!
