Hi Zach,

Let me say this first you and shinedown have my support. I've been to one shinedown show about five years ago, when they were out with 3 doors down. So I've never met you but I hear nice things haha. I don't know the shinedown guys off stage but from what I know of the guys they seem to be real good guys. The whole thing with Brad, than Jasin was pretty shocking and it always sucks to lose a memeber of a band.

You know this, every person who comes into/leaves a band has different stlyes of playing music. They all bring something different. If someone isn't right for the job you wouldn't pick them. No matter what the job. Good things come out of bad all the time. This just maybe one of those times.

Losing band members 'family' it happens a lot more than people realize. I work for this band that lives in California, I have for a little over three years. In that time I've seen them lose a two drummers, and a bassists. It sucks, but it happens. Honestly it's worked out great! These new guys are hard working, great with the fans, they just mesh well. Not to say the others didn't but we lost 'em. What can you do? The band is working on their third album now.
