i know staind did an amazing cover of this. seether has covered man in the box or them bones i believe. but shinedown doing nutshell? i don't think they have. BUT if anyone finds out that i'm wrong. PLEASE let me know. brent singing AIC would just be jaw-dropping i think

That's cool but why does every band that covers AIC play Nutshell? I've seen both Staind and Cold cover it, Adema did a cover of it on their EP, I've heard of other bands playing it. It's a great song, but AIC has a ton of great songs, why not play one of their many other classics.

The song was first played in Myrtle Beach, SC on the nigth of Sno-Core where the band ended up doing a fuck around acoustic set. Shaun and Pat from Seether came out whioe brent and Jasin bullshitted, talked, and did some acoustic stuff. Shaun ended up singing 'Nutshell' with Brent. It was only done one other time, at 97x studios in Tampa, Fl. -matt
