NOT FAIR!!!!!!!! Why can't they film all the shows this week and then take parts from each show for the DVD...dang it. Live From The Inside was released on August 23, 2005 & the show itself was, I think, March 5, 2005.
So that's about 5 1/2 months, which would give us an estimated release date of June 5, 2007. Who knows if this DVD will follow the same approximate production time though ....
