I was wondering whether the guitarists among the community could point me in direction of the best tabs for Shinedown. I am aware of Ultimate-Guitar and other such sites, but each one generally has a huge amount, particularly for songs like Save Me.

Can someone please point me in the direction of what is considered the closest (if not totally correct) tab for Save Me?

I was also wondering the same could be done for all (or as many as possible) of the songs? We may not have a guitar book, but we could perhaps create a list of what we consider the closest to correct tabs? It's a thought, at the least.

There are tabs on my site. It's not complete yet because Matt hasn't had a chance to work on the rest. Hm. I wonder if I can get my brother to do the bass tabs...

Well excuse me but I do have a life. I am not paid to run that site. I am not paid to moderate this board. I do it in my SPARE time. That means the time that isn't occupied by life.

Add to that the fact that my only internet option is dial up. Have you any idea how long it would take me to upload some of the shit that I have on there if I didn't have help? There's someone else that works on that with me. I can't force him to do anything either. You know why? Because he does it in his SPARE time.

Besides, what do you propose I update it with? Yeah, I have a few thousand photos, but I don't have the time to edit and upload them right now. Yeah, I have some video, but it'll take me weeks to upload it. Yeah, I've got some audio that I actually considered putting up, but then people like you show up and criticize me and I really just don't want to do it. There's a long interview that's just waiting to be linked. I thought about doing that, and putting up a rare song, but now? It can wait. Aside from that, there is no news. The site is for fans. If no one submits anything, there's really nothing for me to do.

Quite simply, if you don't like it, don't look. I tried to be nice and direct you to where you could find things and your reaction is to be a complete dick. You could at least be polite and say "Thank you."



P.S. Don't tell me what to do, or where to do it. I've asked about another forum and the label requested that one not be started. I've done the best that I can with what we've got here. I don't think the software is dodgy, I just think it's missing a lot of features that would make a lot of us happier.

Thanks for directing me to those tabs, I shall go through them tommorrow (as it's currently late and any guitar playing would result in angry parents, which is never good). I also really like the background to your site, which I noticed immediately the first time I checked it out (some time ago, before I found this site/forum).

I actually meant to update a few days ago, but I got busy. I want to do it all at once though, so I'm waiting on the other stuff. There's actually an interview (site exclusive) that's waiting to go up. It's not recent, by any means, but I've been told it's interesting. I can't listen to it though. Stupid dial up!
