I4C you are overreacting. first off if two members were gone before us and them came out you would say that sounds nothing like shinedown because there are only 2 original members. the cds all sound different its still shinedown jasin wrote the guitar for the cd so shut up. im sorry but i dont think brad although hees great but i dont think he was shinedowns sound, he definately contributed but the overall sound of any band isnt going to change that much from a different bassist. great work zach keep it up guys

I'm pretty happy with them all. Call Me, love the harmonizing, AICish. All of the others sound pretty hard. Haven't heard anything to complain about yet. And I4C... are you saying you think you know more about the band than one of it's own members? That's really ridiculous... "Tell my mother, tell my father; I've done the best I can. Make them realize, this is my life. I hope they understand." "Once I knew a preacher - to his faith he said "goodbye"."

2+2=5 what she said...

brad wasn't JUST a bassist. he contributed to the band a little more than that. like, oh, i don't know... writing songs. but i'm sure those hit songs weren't shinedown's sound anyways.
as for the rest. GOOD GRIEF CHARLIE BROWN!

So true Miss Leesa! I seem to recall Brad as 1 very talented musician in his own right.. Even if he did help write that.... "spank my arse" song! HAHA Some people seem to think it's only 1 person making the music. When in fact it's a group effort!

Nick's not playing Jasin's riffs, he's playing the producers and whoever else wrote the music for the album's riffs. From what i've heard they sound better live.

I'd rather not get into this big debate again but based on the last two records I would assume that Jasin didnt write much of the music.
