I recently bought Leave A Whisper, and I can't get over what a 'perfect' band Shinedown is. Brent's incredible voice drew me in, but then the lyrics, and the awesome band.. I don't if I feel like crying or kicking someone's ass- seriously! They know just the right time to harmonize, change up the song, every song is different, but the heart of the writing is always present. (Would like to know what Lacerated is about). I've just found my new obsession... No, I'm not a love sick teenager... I'm a 42 year old business woman... rock on baby! Is "Us and Them" just as good ??
Us And Them is just as good as Leave A Whisper...Different sound.. great music, gotta love them.. buy the US AND THEM CD..you'll love it!! I haven't stopped playing it since i bought it..both cds are awesome!!!!

It's definitely worth buying Us and Them. Great, great album. Lots of "heart" in it. Don't know if that's the right way to say what I mean. But it's like Brent's singing comes from way down deep and gets to you. The lyrics ain't too shabby either.
