As a drummer, I read a few different drum publications and always pay a little special attention to the percussion in songs. Love Shinedown's music and all of the guys seem extremely classy. Barry is obviously very talented and I have been waiting for some recognition on his part. In the current issue of Modern Drummer, the Pearl drums ad - just a few pages into the magazine - features Barry. It's about time! He is also a signature artist on Pearl's website.
