I doubt its possible but lets at least try. Please Shinedown, that song was awesome. There has to some type of studio recording of Junkies For Fame that you can throw in there. Maybe not for the June 24th release but something in the future?

DUDE relax..... There is a studio recording of all the stuff they wrote and they ''might'' throw in but not on June 24, or there could be another edition that has it on... Anyhow like you said this song was awesome, but it wasn't picked that ''could'' mean that the other songs are better. Plus we all heard Junkies many times so that makes place for another new song we never heard,

Well there is a whole forum dedicated to the new album, so I would hope there is more than one topic in it. But I do agree there have been way too many topics discussing the same things like track lists or Junkies.

Oh, I know. I delete or lock what I can and mention one of the other threads, since apparenly this board doesn't have the option to merge them. I found it but it doesn't work. Frowner

seriously junkies for fame wasnt that great of a song for shinedown, the best part about it was the guitar solo. The acoustic version is pretty good but live it was kind of bland. It also sounded like it belonged on Us and Them and we all know how the band wont make the same record twice. This is just my opinion but im sure the songs that DID make the album will be just as good if not even better as JFF and they will fit the new material even better

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has "Junkies For Fame" as an mp3. I've seen it on youtube, but I've heard people on the forum saying they have it in mp3. I don't know what version they have, if it was live or acoustic, but I'd love to have any version of it. If anyone has it and can send it to me it would be greatly appreciated. My screen name is whitesnakerocks@aol.com

Thanks

Or you could pick up the version that has it as a bonus track when it comes out. Wink

Mel, the whole reason I asked for "Junkies for fame" is because it WON'T be on the album as a normal track or BONUS TRACK, the bonus tracks have already been listed and its not on the album, otherwise I would not be asking for the song, I'd be waiting for my already pre ordered cd. So since it's not on the cd and I have already read in the forums that some people have "Junkies for fame" and have been sharing it with one another I was just asking nicely if anyone could send me the song. I'm not trying to be a bad guy here, or steal music, I have bought everything Shinedown has put out and have bought their albums multiple times, both cd versions and on itunes. I'm a huge Shinedown fan, in fact they are probably my favorite band. But since "junkies for fame" isn't making the cut I would just like to be able to listen to and enjoy the song, that is I guess, if someone is kind enough to send me it.

I think Mel is right, cuz other than the fact that she is mel,There could be other versions of the CD, or like a version of the CD that is sold in specific stores with Junkies for Fame on it.
