Can somebody explain to me what this dude's deal is? He said that it wasn't live . I thought the sound was great for a live special. I don't know a whole lot about sound production, so maybe that's why I thought it sounded great. So what's pro tools and overdubbing? Ray, I'm sure you can explain this to me.

Just going to throw in my 2 cents. First off I'm quite proud of the boys for getting this opportunity to present their music to thousands (possibly millions if they re show it enough right?). Regardless of editing and what other flaws people are finding with this process they got great exposure from it. Next its going to be hard to capture Shinedown live no matter who is doing it. You really cant capture it all, kinda gotta be there. I think that a DVD will appear at sometime just a matter of when. I do hate that it was cut so short but at the same time any other MTV concert special is all the same. Advertising dollars are there and that's MTV's big concern, not if a song gets finished.
