On RockBand. Thats right Shinedown has 2 tracks that will be released for rockband on Tuesday July 22nd. "Junkies for Fame" is exclusive to rockband which means you wont be able to get it anywhere else (sorry for all those that were looking for a studio release). Also "Devour" is being released as well.
Hopefully someone will rip the DLC and take out the master tracks and re-assemble them so we can have a studio release of this song because that is the only way we will get it.... |

Awesome. Was waiting for something to happen with it. I looked it up, and it has been posted on a gaming website detailing what songs are coming to Rock Band on tuesday.

This sucks for me, I have Rock Band for the PS2 and it doesn't have downloadable content. It'll be on youtube soon enough though.

I'm gonna keep my eyes on iTunes because I feel that Junkies will be arriving there along with the Rock Band release. It's just a guess but it kinda makes sense.

I'm sure once the initial rush of rock band downloads dies down, they will release it to itunes and such. Just a good marketing move to make some extra cash.
That being said... nearly crapped myself when I found out about this. Can't wait to play them on thursday. (Damn playstation store only updates on thursdays) |

Okay guys, if you want to hear a small clip of Junkies, follow these instructions EXACTLY: go to Rock bands website and click on the main graphic where it says "RockBand Downloadable Songs Nine Inch Nails Pack Click To View" and it will take you to a page with 3 videos on the bottom and click the one that says Shinedown Singles. Junkies will start playing followed by Devour. Enjoy.

Anyone else a little bothered by the fact that this is going to be a rock-band song? I mean, I'm all for Shinedown getting bigger. And I wouldn't consider this 'selling-out'. It's just I find that whenever a song goes on rock band or guitar hero, it attracts droves of idiots to the shows. Maybe I'm just being a music snob....

Is it just me or does Devour sound different? It seems like the vocals are different? Maybe it's just me.
