whenever second chance is done, its still getting played ALOT and being played on top 40 stations, and then they have the video countdowns. Its predictable when it will be most likely when Devour was released last year.

It's so damn hard to believe that Devour came out almost a year ago. Where does time go?

That fact makes me excited. It has been close to a year and they have only had to release 2 singles! The album itself is climbing back up the charts and Second Chance is still going strong. Way to go guys!!!

According to fmqb.com Sound of Madness will be available for airplay march 30/31.

I just heard it on 98.9 the Rock (Shinedown's fav station) in KC yesterday. So, I'd say it's on for Sound of Madness. The real question: will it be three in a row at #1 for Sound of Madness?

If Devour made it to #1 because it was the first single off the new album, then I highly doubt SOM will make it to #1. I feel if SOM makes it to #1 it will truly show the success of the album!
Now don't get me wrong, SOM has been one of my favs off the album since it came out but I truly feel this will be the deciding factor for the albums success. Well I've got a candle And I'll beat you with a spooonnn |

i believe urban areas will eat SOM up. i've had people come up to my car and jam while stopped at stoplights in downtown raleigh.

Well, Shinedown's popularity has kinda exploded with Devour and Second Chance, and this success will make the radio stations who played the last two seingles play this one, too. Meanwhile, anyone got any idea as to when the album will reach Gold status as far as album sales go? It's been in the Top 10 Hard rock albums for awhile now.
