Good to see another Shinedown fan from Michigan. I became a fan in January 2004 when I saw them at the State Theatre. I even met Brent. I just shook his hands and said great show!
To your question, I believe they will have a 4th single. Leave A Whisper(the re-release) had 4 singles, and I know of other albums with 4 singles, so it is not that big of deal. I heard it might be "Lady Divine," but I am not sure.

"Shed Some Light" would be my vote! That is what I was hoping for all along, but I really have not heard anything reliable to tell me what it will be for sure.

Shed Some Light is the obvious choice for the 4th single. They've released 2 heavier singles and one softer single, so it'll be a softer single. Atlantic can't be happy with the sales figures on their album so they're going to push for a single that has mainstream appeal. That leaves Beyond The Sun, Shed Some Light, and Someday as the three possible choices. And while the other two are good, they lack the catchiness of a good single that Shed Some Light has. 4 singles isn't that many for an album. Leave A Whisper had 4. Theory of a Deadman's most recent album had 4. Nickelback's on 5 singles with their album. Most successful CDs have 4 singles, with some only having 3 and a few 5. While I know a lot of people on here have said that they want a heavier 4th single, I couldn't see it happening.

Shed some light is one of my favorites. I was really happy to hear them perform it at Red Rocks & somewhat suprised because of the bands they were with. But it was well received and beautiful as usual. I hope it's next personally.

Basically the next single should be "Some Day", it's sad because it's an awesome song and at the end of the cd...then again the say "save the best for last"

I agree, "Some day" is a hit waiting to be released. The song just clicked with me and I'm sure when other people hear it, they'll understand why Shinedown is the most underrated band out there.

LSF45 Wow! i'm glad someone agrees with me! Some Day is a song that just kind of clicks with you!!! I think more people should listen to it! Because it does sound somewhat soft and then Shinedown later in the song brings out their "edge" you could say they have over all other bands!

I agree that it should be some day. i think it will attract more people and plus I don't really like the thought of releasing an acoustic song. brad and barry need to be in the song. i like shed some light but some day is definitely a better song
