The FC situation doesn't really affect me at the moment. Rob's not touring Australia and my membership isn't due until Dec. But you don't see me getting on here, being a smart ass about him posting. I'm happy he came on to try and make people feel better about the situation!

I'm on the fence about that.
I agree he probably doesn't have much control over the FC decisions but he does have control over how much control he delegates to his mangagement so they can control things.
Ultimately it's his name on the bottom line, you know.
I don't blame him but I don't want to say he should be absolved of being involved in the decision.
It's the ROB THOMAS HQ after all.
Not LIPPMAN ENTERTAINMENT HQ.
It's a representation of him at the end of the day.
I don't think it's fair to say he doesn't care though.

I'm not wanting to point fingers on who's fault it is but this board does belong to Rob Thomas, the decisions made about it and his fan club are approved by Rob Thomas. So many people want to blame "others" for the not so friendly decisions made and only give Rob the credit for the friendly decisions.

Its like treating him as a dumb blonde who only knows what a dumb blonde knows best and lets everyone else make decisions outside of that.

He just has to straighten this out or lose some money, not fans but money. There is no incentive to stay in a fan club when they are not touring unless it involves senority for available seats when they are touring.

Economics 101.
