Does Sidewalk Angels give grants? If so, what's the process and how would an agency apply?

I work for a city in SoCal and I'm always on the lookout for good funding opportunities. The goal of Sidewalk Angels is very much like what we are trying to accomplish.

Hi Marisol,

Thanks so much for stopping in. Just want to let you know that I support all of your decision to not take part in Cheyenne Fronteir Days. It would be great if another show could be done in place of it and the proceeds go towards helping animals.

~Thank You Rob For an amazing show in MN, and for being so nice to your fans!

Hi Rob and Mari

I wanted to give you "the heads up". As I was watching the Cleveland, Ohio news this morning, I saw a small "clip it" on the band. The news is saying that you canceled the Cheyenne Performance due to animal mistreatment, but are still preforming at a Wyoming Rodeo. I don't know how true that is, but the news is making the band appear to be unfair in some way.

Sorry to bring you this news.

Dear Marisol,

Can you please pass along the information from the posting listed below, Topic = "Thank You, Rob", Topic Starter="Missing Lynda" to Rob. This is regarding the passing of my 38 year old wife, Lynda Horowitz, who was a huge fan of Rob Thomas right up to 3 weeks ago when she died from her 10 year bout with Breast Cancer. I'd greatly appreciate it. I can't begin to tell you how big a fan Lynda was. Next to my wedding and the birth of my son, one of her greatest moments on earth was when she had an opportunity to interview Rob on WPLJ about a year ago. It would mean the world to me, and my angel looking down at us, if he were to acknowledge her passing. It would give me some sense of closure. I truly believe that his music and that moment they met last year kept Lynda's spirits alive longer, so my family and I can enjoy my beautiful wife's presence just a few more months/years. For this, I thank him dearly.

Warmest,

-Howard
