How awesome of you to ask.... Cool

Dude, you gotta go with Meltdown. That song needs to be "out there". It's what radio needs right now.

And my 2nd choice would be Still Ain't Over You.. even though you didn't mention it. Big Grin

You, Mari, Tyler, and Samy are in my prayers. Love to you all. Smiler

Hi Rob, thanks for asking for our opinions. My all time favourite song is "Someday" and it does something to me every time I hear it. I think it would be nice to have something uplifting like "Real World '09" as it's a real feel good song you can't help but sing along and dance to kinda song. We need some happy happy from you. Love all that you do!

Oh, please release 'Meltdown' as the next single. That song needs to be heard in more than the little 30 second clip people could hear in the NBA playoffs. And it's so different from anything on the radio these days!

I also think Real World '09 would be a fun hit, too, but maybe later on. Other faves, Still Ain't Over You, Wonderful & Snowblind.

Sweet of you to ask our thoughts, Rob. Please take care. Love to Marisol & Tyler.

Okay, if we have to vote from the list, it would have to be MELTDOWN or MOCKINGBIRD, but OFF the list, my son and I listen to WONDERFUL on loop!!! The beginning of that song is just awesome. Smiler
Thanks for another great CD, Rob.
And know that Tyler, you, and Mari are in my prayers. I believe in miracles, every day is full of them.

Since we can't have that.....I say Meltdown! It is THE perfect crank up the stereo, roll down the windows and sing at the top of your lungs song. Big Grin

Second choice would be Someday. Smiler

My vote is Meltdown for all of the aforementioned reasons.
It's a get up and dance song, it's a seat dance while in your car song. Peeps get a taste of Meltdown after hearing Her Diamonds they HAVE to go buy the CD! They did get a taste of it during the NBA playoffs and peeps that know I love your music were telling me "hey! heard 'your' guy Rob!" They were captured by the song, then read the credits.

Besides...I sit on that damn 405 in SoCal every day. I seat dance quite well to Her Diamonds and when it comes up, the window rolls down (if not already) and the sound level attracts looks. I just grin and say "it's Rob Thomas, Her Diamonds!". I'd LOVE to be able to blare Meltdown and see some of the same peeps (it happens in commuteworld) and introduce them to another!

Cheers to you, Marisol, Tyler & Samy.
Continued prayers to all.

Hm, i think it would be good to have your next single be something a little more upbeat than Someday, though it is a great song.

The order of choices for me would be:

1. Real World 09
2. Meltdown
3. Mockingbird
4.Someday

Very cool you want our input Big Grin

I agree with the above list. Real World '09 is currently my theme song, I love it so much.

And it is sooo great of you to ask us. You are one special guy you know? Big Grin If I had my way all of cradlesong would be on the radio. But alas it doesn't work that way Wink But it is a very close tie with all the 4 songs with Real World '09 edging out on top Big Grin

Thanks for asking our opinion Rob. Smiler
(not even my teenage children ask for my opinion Roll Eyes lol)

For radio coverage I would probably choose Give Me the Meltdown and Real World 09.

For personal satisfaction, I would love to hear Someday played when I turn on the radio but I think the faster beat may appeal to new fans initially.

Enjoy Canada and Australia. Smiler

Ps I love the song Cradlesong and Wonderful too. Big Grin
