Edits: sorry, it does not look like they even have new memberships up there now. I guess you can order the bundles without a membership. Not sure  This message has been edited. Hmmmm...I dont want any merchandise right now, other than maybe the military hat...I would rather go to the store the day the CD is released to buy it.. How can you just join the fan club????

Thank you, Rob If you went over all the choices yourself and think this is the best club to handle it then I will trust your judgment for now. I sincerely hope All Access heeds your email and your requests because I have to tell you - they were not "good" to a very large population of fans for the Matchbox EOM tour. I hope they can remember to keep the "fan" in "fanclub". I am one of the "same 100" that you referred to on Twitter who was very unhappy with the service I received from All Access.You are very sweet and it's amazing for you to take time out to send the email to All Access and let us know what you have told them. I should have known you'd address the issue. I hope they know we will hold them to everything you said to them  I sure do love you and all you do for all of us. I'd renew if I knew how LOL. I didn't even get an email to say my fanfire membership expired.. all I know is I signed up in April last year after the aussie concerts. So i'm rather confused.. i'm guessing all access is different.

Well, if you renewed less than a year ago, I'd hang on until they tell us if we have to buy into a new one or not.

Thanks Rob,
I am still trying to work out if my membership needs renewing lol but that aside there are some super delicious people that work with AA who went all out to try and make my life easier during tour time. Such people like Janet and a number of others who totally elude me right now, but seriously they need to be told how wonderful they are. Happy days, here's to a most excellent tour time and beyond oh and happy happy promo touring say g'day to oz for me.
