Rob, I know you may never read this, but my dog died last night :'(
I'm still in shock. I can't believe I'll never see her, or pet her, or feed her again. She was only 7
She was hit by a truck last year and had hip and breathing problems since..
I just wanted to say your music has helped me so much over the last 24 hours, and I hope you find some source of comfort.. and remember to enjoy the "little wonders" w/ tyler as much as you can... when i finally began to realize that she was gone, my first though was oh god I'm never gonna be able to pet her soft ears again

Oh, I'm so sorry...

Rob, I am truly sorry to hear about Tyler, it was'nt so long ago that I had to make a decision about my special friend Scooter. I definitely understand the love that you feel for him. I hope you have as many days with him as God will allow. He will know how well he was loved, by you and Mari. I dont think he could have asked for two better people to care and love him so much. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Take care.

Rob & Mari,

Enjoy whatever time Tyler has left with you. He will always be alive in your hearts. I lost my dear pet a few months ago and even now I think of her often and fill up with tears. You need to know that you were the most wonderful parents/petowners ever and Tyler loves you.

I hope Tyler is comfortable and enjoying the extra love and attention. He must be over the moon to have Rob home again.

There's nothing that can compare to the loss of a child (furry or human). I pray that his last days are filled with happiness, as I'm sure Mari and yourself will make sure of that. Your family is in my prayers and God be with you.

oh rob and mari i am so sad to hear this. i know how it feels...it is extremly painful to . we have not been able to have kids and i know if anything happens to my tomcat & boots it would be devestating to us. we have also had to put my monster & pawpaws (she was 21 yrs. old; she died in my arms)and i think of her everyday, its been 3 yrs and its just as painful as then. my monster was 13 yrs old and he had conjestive heart failure , he was drowning w/ fluid. ( he also died in my arms) & that was 5 yrs ago & the pain is still there. when my cats get sick from throwing up , I go into a panic and start crying , my husband always comforts me when this happens, the fear of losing them scares the hell out me. they have so much personality . my tomcat- when i am sassing him & i walk away he comes to bite my leg and boots well he is just like me u never know what to expect from him. they most definitly are our babies.!! susan cecchetelli

Words could never express how sorry I am to hear about Tyler, my tears just started flowing as I read about your sweet dog. Just last year I lost a member of my family, my 18 year old cat, Joey. I can only imagine the hurt you must feel. Joey's bone marrow stopped making red blood cells and he, as was Tyler not acting himself. I held on as long as I could, but eventually the time came. When I did I listened to a couple songs from your album "something to be" over and over again... "now comes the night" was one "when the heartache ends" the other. It helped but as you can imagine I was still heartbroken. I am truly sorry to read about your dog Tyler that is truly sad I know how u feel about him though I am a dog owner and can't imagine life without him. So I do hope Tyler pulls through while here on earth who could not of asked for to better owners than you two. Much love and my heart goes out to you both!!!!!!
