Ohh Rob! Frowner

I'm so sorry you and Mari are going through such a difficult time.
It just breaks my heart that you both are hurting so much.
Cherish every moment you have with Tyler.
Pets are family members, anyone who thinks otherwise isn't someone I'd want to know.
Tyler was very fortunate to have had such wonderful caring parents.
I'm sure you think YOU guys were the lucky ones to have had him in your life and you're right.
But he was such a lucky dog.
I mean who else gets to hang out with a rockstar, ride shotgun on the tour bus, get on stage with his rockstar dad, have their own fans-because you know Tyler did have his own fans. =)
He was part of our GD family.
We love Tyler very much.
Please give him a pat on the head for me.

This gives a whole new meaning to Little Wonders for me.
I already tear up everytime I hear the song.Frowner

I will keep Tyler in my prayers.
Be brave little friend. Smiler

(((Tyler)))

So sorry to hear about Tyler, we also lost our beloved Radar to cancer 2 years ago. He was 12 and had had a wonderful life. We still miss his happy face.

Hey Rob,
My thoughts are with you, Mari and Tyler. I'm not overly religious, but I swear I will say a prayer tonight. I have 6 dogs (I know!) and I love them all so much. I know how ya feel about your Tyler, it breaks my heart man! I just joined here, but "tweet" with ya on Twitter. It was actually YOU on Ellen that got me to tweet, LOL. You can follow me ya know (that would be way cool!) Anyway, serious mad prayers going your way. Alan (Alndaytona@aol.com).

Rob and Mari, I am deeply saddened by the news of Tyler's illness. I know how much you both love him and how much joy he has brought into both of your lives.

Like many others here, I also lost my dear furry baby to cancer. My cat Patches was almost 17 when she succumbed to oral cancer in 2006. I'd had her since the day she was born. She wasn't like my child - she was my child. Watching her deteriorate and suffer was the most difficult time of my life and the day she passed away was the worst day of my life. About 2 weeks after Patches died I had the pleasure of hanging out with you guys after Paul's show in NYC. I told Mari about Patches. She gave me the most warm, heartfelt, and comforting hug. I only wish right now that I could wrap you both up now in the comfort and warmth that Mari gave to me that night.

I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. ((((((((((ROB MARI TYLER))))))))))

Rob,

This breaks my heart to hear this. We went through this with our golden retriever, Biscuit, a few years ago. I totally understand you not being yourselves... Biscuit was like my 'baby' and I've had many animals, but she was just special and to have her taken from me in this way, well, I went through several emotions - anger included, and much pain and heartache. It doesn't make sense to me how this could happen to our sweet innocent little babies this way... I can say that the pain DOES eventually go away... I thought it never would.

I am just so sorry this has happened to your dear Tyler. I know he is very precious to you and Mari, and thank God you all found each other and had this time together. My prayers go out to all of you. (((Rob, Mari, Tyler and Samy)

You just have to wonder how will little Samy understand what happened to his little buddy, and that in itself is heartbreaking as well. Frowner

My heart goes out to you and Mari. You gave this dog a life so always remember that. Whether it be for a long time or a short time you still gave love to an animal and I am sure that you guys spoil this dog!!! Look at the funny side!!! I feel your pain. I had a dog that passed away last year. Don't have any kids and he was my life but I made his life the best....It was like he lived like Trump LOL!!!

Yes, those of us who care very deeply for our animals do understand your pain and I am sorry to hear of Tyler's diagnosis. It is never easy when we lose a member of our family and the last one I lost I swore I'd not go through that pain again, but my animals have always provided me with so much love that I couldn't help but to miss that companionship and so I went back on my word.

We lost our "Old Man" Coco back in March. After 17 years…loosing him was heart breaking. He was a big part of our family. A dog that didn’t know he was a dog. It’s crazy how an animal can make such an impact on your life. We were all with him that last day...me, my husband, my Dad...etc. We all wanted to be there for him just as he had been there for all of us over the years.
I know this is a hard time and our thoughts will be with you all.
Sit laugh and remember the good times and hug him tight.

Our beautiful dog also left us to earlier than expected. She could sense our emotions and wanted to comfort us more than she expected it back. Think positive thoughts and have warm feelings when you are around Tyler. It will also make him feel better (and you too)!

I am so sorry Rob and Mari. Poor Tyler. I hope he will somehow pull through this and prove his given timeline wrong. Remember that he will always be your Little Wonder.

Much Love.

Linda

Just read wishy's post, and that COMPLETELY says what we all want to say! I may live accross the other side of the pond, here in the UK, but that doesn't mean you mean any less to us, than you do to your fellow pats over in yonder US.
Sending warmest best wishes to all at this hard time, a dog is for life....not just for christmas......and what a life Tyler must have had with you by his side.
Lots of love, Carys xxxxx
