'Fire on the Mountain' is one outstanding song!

LOVE IT! Have to keep replaying and replaying.

Love the mood and sounds and how it builds, from the very beginning I'm drawn in. The beat through it and the rousing chorus!
Then the verse that come in with a different rhythm!!!!!!!
Back to the chorus and then the beat fading out - and replay!!!!!!

Has hints of the feeling and sounds of 'All That I am', my absolute favourite from 'Something to be'.
I realise others may not see the similarity, as it is also a very different song.
They also are both number 7!!!!

I love this song. For some reason, it kinda reminds me of Midnight Oil's "beds are burning" song...anyone remember that song?

Ditto. The build up. Can't you just imagine a darkened arena...then that build up, then the drums, finally Rob comes on stage. We're gonna go freakin wild. You know we will.

Fire on the Mountain is very powerful but yet of a serious song. When I hear the song in the beginning you can hear a bit of some Native American sound. I have never knew that Rob can creative that type a song with a bit of a Native American sound! Fire on the Mountian is also an epic Masterpiece song that Rob made.

No, I mean the opening song on tour. I think the next single should be Meltdown. Big Grin

Meltdown is nothing but a bad choice for the next single. But I think that Fire on the Mountian will be a good choice for the opening song for the tour.

Yes! we will indeed! Big Grin

That's why I think it should be the opening song, the build up is perfect for it.
