Just wanted to say that you could only enter if you had an up-to-date FC membership, so unless you have one you could not have entered (or more than one) entered multiple times.

I think you're jumping to conclusions. No one said that something dishonest happened. If you read again what Ty posted, he said that they didn't figure on it being so difficult to judge so they decided to put everyone (every entry that is) in a pool and pick the winners at random.

Okay, I was basing that on Ty's statement here:
"having to judge the merit of honesty was much more difficult."
