So, I stopped at the merch booth on Friday night at the show and was told that picking up the wristbands at the shows had been kind of problematic...I guess they had been having issues. So, he suggested I could wait for them to be sent or he could give me the empty wristbands with a card to download the shows. He said Thurs. and Fri. nights shows (the whole thing) should be there within 24 hours. So, I just got home last night and today am trying to download those two shows and cannot connect with the site....Also, I noticed that the card says it is to download the encore, but he indicated I could download the entire show at this site. Anyone else from the Beacon shows have this experience--anyone have experience with the site to download the shows??
Just bummed that I can't get the shows yet....I NEED to listen to them again!!

Didn't hear anything about the possibility of downloading them myself. The guy we talked to said there had been a problem replicating to the wristbands, and that they would be mailed to everyone who pre-ordered one with their tickets.
I had previously heard that the encores wouldn't be on the wristbands and we would have to download them. Hopefully when we get them mailed to us, everything will already be on there.

I don't think they will mail me anything though since he gave me the empty wristbands and download cards....:-(

The wristband I bought at last night's show (Saturday, the 14th) was blank. I've tried it on two different computers.

I understand people have had some problems before, so I emailed All Access to let them know and to see what we could do about getting me the concert songs I paid for. I'll let you know what they say.

When you go to RobThomasLive.com the full shows are up there to download. Just use the code on the cards they gave you. They're not ready yet so you may have to wait a few days.

When I try to open the robthomaslive site, all I get is an error. Will try later, hopefully it was temporary technical difficulties.

So, now was able to get the site to open, and got a link for the downloads but that doesn't work yet....maybe it is just too early; will try again later.
He gave me a card to get the download for the Thursday night show too, but that is showing as just the encore--not the whole show like Friday and Saturday show. Guess I may have to just be patient and call on Monday.
(Not good at being patient....)

I've contacted AAT about my blank wristband but have yet to hear back from them. I'll try again tomorrow.

Same here. No reply. The full shows are up for the 13th & 14th but not the 12th.

I tried downloading the Nov 14th show (which is the show I had the wristband for), but I get an error when I try following the link the site emailed me. Ah, the fun...

Carla, You can e-mail them about the 11/12 show....I know the guy at the merch booth told me that I could download the full show and when I only saw the encore there, I e-mailed them. They e-mailed me the full show within hours--very helpful!!

I got no card or wristband for the saturday show. Chris said they will be emailed to us. Hope they do, since I bought that one from Ticketmaster. Can't wait for it.

G make sure you emaill AAT and let them know. They will send you the whole show.

Has anyone who purchased the 11/14 Beacon show been able to download it? AAT sent me another email with a web address to go to to download the concert I purchased, and the link still doesn't work. I get a "cannot be found" error. I'm just wondering if it's somehow my browser, or is the problem on AAT's end.

I'll contact them, but meanwhile I wanted to know if anyone else was able to download the Saturday 11/14 concert.

If you were unable to successfully download the show you purchased, please send a note, including your redemption code and the show you need, to usb@allaccesstoday.com.

A few points of clarification, if you did order your wristband through Ticketmaster, that wristband will be mailed to you.

Also, only the Nov. 13 & 14 shows will be made available, in their entirety, via RobThomasLive.com. Only the encore will be made available for the Nov. 12 show.
