Rob and Mari, Im so sorry for your loss. Your sweet Tyler always brings a smile to my face when I hear a story or see a picture. He is one special boy.

As pet's alive said, one little soul, has done so much for so many.

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved Tyler. Animals are more than just that,they become family and friends, sometimes best friends. Tyler was a very happy dog with an awesome life, the life of a rock star with one of the coolest families ever. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

When I lost my dog, Dexter, to cancer as well I received the following poem which comforted me greatly.

So this is dedicated to Tyler:

"Just this side of heaven is a place called The Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to the Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing, they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddently he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face, your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together....."

Rob, Mari, and the Thomas Family, losing a loving pet who has been a special friend is never easy. Please know that I understand your sense of loss and are thinking of you.

I am very saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved Tyler. I lost my two dogs to cancer this past year and I know how incredibly difficult it is to say goodbye. My heart is with you and you are in my thoughts. Your "little wonder" will never be forgotten. It is because of Tyler, many animals have been saved at Pets Alive. He is a legend. Hang in there.

My condolences to rob, marisol and family. A family members of mine they're dog died a week ago, of liver cancer. He was 10 and he just collapsed and died. My prayers and thoughts are with you, marisol and your family. jackie

I was so sad to hear of Tyler's passing, I know the pain and sorrow of losing a cherished pet, and my heart is breaking for Rob and Mari, and all the Thomas family.

Not only did he bring joy to Rob and Mari, he was loved by people (like me) all around the world who'd never met him but were inspired by his story.

He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.

I feel for you both and hope you find comfort in cuddling sammy and I am sure just being together is the best comfort.
