hey guys! we're just barely winding down from the event, and wanted to thank those of you that came out to support us on our second sidewalk angels event. it was the first in so many ways, as i believe mari really out did herself and brought together a beautiful evening where everyone could enjoy themselves and still remember what the cause was. as many of you know, i was having really bad allergies and wasn't loving how my voice was sounding, but make no mistake, i had a great time. we raised a great deal of money, but it's not even enough, so please continue to give of your time and money to pets alive. (i'm sorry i don't remember your name, but the pen you spent eight hours on is hanging in my studio and will never be used for anything other than staring at.)
i have to say how great andre, steffi and chris were through the whole evening and into today, when we all got to hit the balls around on the courts. here's to all of you who helped, the old, new, tried, true, red, white and dyed blue. we love you all. see ya on the road soon.

Hi Rob, glad to hear you had a great time too, hope you are feeling better soon. Unfortunately I could not afford to attend the event being from the other side of the pond, but I do support Pets Alive as much as I can and can't wait for the new CD and tour.

Big hugs to you and Mari Smiler

Rob - so very thoughtful of you (as always) to come in here and say your thanks to all who were able to take part in such an amazing evening. From what I have read, it was incredible! I would never dream of it being anything less than incredible with Mari in charge. You both looked stunning and I don't know how you do it, but in spite of your allergies, everyone said you were as magical as ever! So wonderful of you both to do what you do for Pet's Alive and other's benefiting from Sidewalk Angels. God Bless and take care of yourself!

The pictures of the room show that the table setting and everything were so pretty.
Pass on my congratulations to Mari on her decorating Smiler
As ever the true professional, I heard that allergies and all, you still managed to sound fantastic as always.

I wish I could have been there last night. It would have been a dream come true.
So glad the event was a success & you raised mega bucks for our furry friends. By all accounts it sounds like it was a truly magical night.

Sorry you weren’t feeling well and hope you’re feeling better soon. You seem to suffer terribly from allergies. Maybe you should think about Desensitising needles. Got rid of my allergies totally and has lasted for 20 years.

So “Marchish” for the new CD release…..when can we hope to see you in Oz?
