London, Dec 22 (IANS) Brian May, the guitarist of rock band Queen, wants actor Johnny Depp to play the group's late lead singer Freddie Mercury in an upcoming film.
Roger Taylor and John Deacon, the other members of the band, are also involved in the project, which is a biopic on Mercury who died of AIDS in 1991, reported contactmusic.com.
