Gilliam Confirms Johnny Depp's 'Don Quixote' Return

Yes, his The Man Who Killed Don Quixote was stopped back in 2000, but Gilliam had to abandon the project following a freak storm that ruined some equipment and co-star Jean Rochefort got sick. But re-launching the project wasn't just as easy as returning in a few years; Gilliam first had to win the rights back from an insurance company that wrested it away on behalf of the investors following the first failed attempt to make it.

And this week, Gilliam told reporters that he has reached an agreement for Johnny Depp to return to the film.


Things are going wonderfully. Been busy busy busy and only gonna start getting busier in June. I keep telling myself..."Remember when you didn't have a life?" LOL.

How is everything around here?

And yes PE is looking amazing. I can not wait to see it.


That's Great that things are going so well for you Jenn. LOL yeah statements like that often come round to bite you on the ass but at least it keeps you out of trouble Smiler

I wouldn't mind things being a little slower for me at the moment, i finally got the house signed over from my soon to be ex-hubby, the divorce is finally moving along, i've decorated the sitting room, i fell down the stairs from top to bottom and chipped the bone in my elbow Roll Eyes i'm a walking disaster LOL
So being laid up for a while was good for keeping up to date with Johnny so at least that's something.

And my mam had a operation yesterday morning so i'm going to be looking after her and my dad for the next 4-6 weeks.

Just had to come in and wish our boy (well, one of them Wink) a happy b'day!

Also have to say thank you thank you for all the new wonderful pictures of Johnny. They are wonderful. =) Have to get me a copy of the new Vanity Fair mag tonight.

Has anyone heard of any tv interviews Johnny will be doing yet for PE? I am so hoping that he'll come to NYC and do Letterman.
