I think everyone's budget is taking a hammering, it's bad enough any time of year and then add to the fact it's coming up to christmas just makes it so much worse.

I was lucky to get the xbox cos it was a special deal and i got some money for christmas early. But i'll have to save up for rockband band in a box.

I didn't know that there was some daughtry on one of the guitar hero games, i wouldn't mind having a go at that lol

it's been a while since i've made anything so here's 2 new projects

Movie fans have picked Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie as their favourite actors to play Batman villains in the follow-up to ‘The Dark Knight’.

According to the new poll from video and DVD rental firm Blockbuster, while Depp is the top choice, Jolie is the second.

Natalie Portman came third in the poll while Edward Norton landed the fourth spot, reports Contactmusic.

Rounding off the top five was Keira Knightley.

Actor Johnny Depp is being tipped to be the next Batman villain, taking on the role of The Riddler.

Movie bosses are convinced that they will be able to get Depp to take on the role, especially after ‘The Dark Knight’ broke all records at the box office shortly after its release.

Now, the National Enquirer reveals that bosses want Depp in the next instalment, as well as Philip Seymour Hoffman who they think will be perfect for the role of another of the Caped Crusader’s arch-foes, the Penguin, reports Contactmusic.

“(Producers) are convinced that the role of the Riddler is perfect for Depp. Johnny’s a pro. He’ll be able to take direction from director Chris Nolan and still make the character his own,” a source told the tabloid.

“And what better Penguin is there than Philip Seymour Hoffman,” the source added.

The Riddler was played on the small screen by Frank Gorshin in the 1960s, and by Jim Carrey in 1995 movie Batman Forever.

Penguin was played on the small screen by Burgess Meredith and on the big screen by Danny DeVito. (ANI)

The flick will show the journey of an author around the world - in DaVinci code style - in a bid to prove the authenticity of the manuscript.

The ‘Private Resort’ actor has not only bought the rights to the flick via his production company
Infinitum Nihil, he will also adapt, produce and act in the flick.

The book, written by Nick Tosches, also jumps back in time to show Dante trying to finish the epic poem.

It has been reported that Depp will be seen portraying the role of the author not Dante, reports

Motley Crue rocker Tommy Lee desperately wants Johnny Depp to portray him in a movie based on the former’s band.

“Johnny Depp would be my choice to play me. He’s the best ever,” Tommy Lee said.

Two top US production companies are rumoured to be battling for the screen rights of Moore’s autobiography “My Word Is My Bond”.

The book details Moore’s exploits with his co-stars including Elizabeth Taylor and Lana Turner in the 1950s and 1960s.

“The two production companies’ interest in Sir Roger was heightened after they read the tales of his Hollywood exploits,” the Daily Express quoted a source, as saying.

The ‘Brokeback Mountain’ star will be playing the role of the White Queen, according to Hollywood Reporter.

Helena Bonham Carter, Burton’s fiancee, will be playing the role of the Red Queen.

Australian actress Mia Wasikowska will play the role of Alice, and Johnny Depp will play the Mad Hatter.

‘Alice in Wonderland’ is a novel by Lewis Carroll’s, and Burton’s version of it will be released in March 2010.

His version of the classic fantasy tale will use a mixture of live action and animation and will be made in 3D. (ANI)

boy, it amazes me to see how many films want johnny's name linked with their upcoming projects ... his "jack" really turned his hollywood rep 180, didn't it? now everybody wants him!! and yet, he still chooses those unusual, artistic, interesting characters to play - no compromising.

It is truly amazing just how many films Johnny is rumoured to be linked with, Johnny as Tommy Lee would be quite interesting to see that's for sure LOL

Not so sure about the Roger Moore film though i just can't see or imagine that one.

I'm still very excited about the Alice in wonderland and the Dark Shadows projects, and would still like to see him in Shantaram although that's a long way off and i don't know where he'll get the time to fit all of this in as well as POTC 4, Lone Ranger and providing the voice for Rango LOL

But i love how everyone wants him and he'll only do roles that interest him or he'll do for his kids

How's things going with the house *A* ? hope everything is working out good for you.

well, we came to "sleep over" thanksgiving weekend and have been here ever since - but between being sick and freezing cold, yucky weather, we're still not completely out of the apartment. hope to make that happen by this weekend, though. this week the contractor is working on the kitchen. thing is, around here, all the good contractors are double and triple booked, so i only get him 2 or 3 days a week, so it's only about halfway done (one side of lower cabinets and the new countertop) - but it looks soooo amazing. i hope he gets that finished by this weekend too. i have been taking before & after pics of everything along the way, but will definitely have to post the 'after' shots of the kitchen when it's done. well, it will still need to be painted and add a backsplash to the wall. so many projects still to be done.

That's great it's moving along, and i can't wait to see the pictures, i'm sure it'll look amazing.
That's the thing with doing any kind of work to a house it's always a work in progress but it'll be lovely when it's all finished. It just seems to take a while to get done. I guess that's the thing making a house a home

I moved into this house exactly a week before christmas in 1994 and i've still got a few projects to get done, but with me and the hubby splitting and the money thing it'll be a while yet before i can say i'm done LOL
I need to decorate the back bedroom, and the sitting room needs a good sorting out like the wallpaper stripped off but the walls are so bad underneath it'll all need plastering and skimming before i can think about decor.

Having said that i've been reluctant to start anything until the house was officially mine as i never knew if hubby was going to change his mind and want to sell the house or kick me out LOL And now i've got the mortgage all in place for me to take over the payments it's nice to know it'll be officially mine soon, well once the solicitor gets his ass into gear, all i seem to do is chase him at the moment it should have been completed by now.

I got a new "job" yesterday sort of. I might be working our Counties Chamber of Commerce web site here pretty soon. I'm actually working on new formats and designs for it today to send to the office to see what they think and which ones they like. We had a snow day at school today so I'm home all day so I'm working my other job LOL. That's one of the good things about having a job from home, right A? LOL

I have to admit i've not really looked for any new Johnny pics lately.

There's been so much going on here my Grandma died on christmas eve.There was a problem getting the death certificate and arranging the funeral because of the holidays. We only got thing worked out yesterday and the funeral is next wednesday.

But i'm sure we'll have a lot of new Johnny pics when he starts to do all publicity work for Public Enemies at least that's something to look forward to.
