still waiting to find out something from the state office today ... and now i am also worried that the seller might decide she's tired of waiting and put the home back on the open market and we could lose it to another buyer. i wouldn't blame her, really. there's no reason why she should be tied up for this long waiting on me ... and yet, we've already moved a LOT of stuff into the garage, painted the girls' bedrooms, and my stepdad even installed the washer and dryer before they left last week. if this falls thru, i am in a mountain of trouble!!

I got an email from Shawn last night. He found a book written by LIFE magazine, The second and third pages of the book have a book full two page photograph.....of Obama standing in Shawns Driveway HAHAHA. So he brought the book down last night and I scanned the photo (two scans both pages) and now I'l piecing them together a masking the crease. Oh the fun!

I know this isn't Johnny and i'm so totally showing my age here LOL but i made 2 new projects

Hey Everyone,

I've been off of here for so long now - just had to come in and say hello. I just got back from my vacation with my mom - we went to Vegas for 5 nights. I promised her when my dad died this past Feb. that we'd go somewhere. It was a really nice time and we had a blast - just us girls. OK this is going to sound so lame but the best part of the trip was seeing Barry Manilow in concert. LOL I loved his music growing up (yep showing my age too) and it was just so great to hear all those songs live. sigh Mandy! Damn and the women in the audience just love that man.

I did have my Johnny moment in Vegas too as I kept seeing these posters for Madame T's wax museum. Have to say that he looked good but a little angry. Didn't have time to do the tour this time around - next time.

OK Deb - have to say that I loved Adam Ant in the day! Love your new work. Oh and also loved looking at all the new Johnny art (of course).

Hope that everyone is doing ok.

A - sorry to hear that things have stalled on your new home. Crossing fingers that things start moving again real soon. I know that when I bought my home 6 years ago that I literally lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks due to the stress alone. Hang in there.
