Hey guys
I was just doing my weekly "rate the hits" on B105 (our radio station) and the 1st song that I had to rate was Give me the Meltdown.
I was so totally surprised I nearly fell off my chair. Big Grin
So does this mean that GMTM is going to be/is released? I'm hoping so. Of course I gave it 100/100. Wink
Has anyone else heard that it is released?

There is a write up in this week's Beat Magazine (Australia) page 62 in "Singles by Simone". I don't get where she's coming from, but her reviews are never in plain English. Here it is verbatim:

ROB THOMAS
Give Me The Meltdown (Warner)
At some point he graduated from 'innocuous pop anthem' to 'crime against humanity, by way of slammin' country-tinged modern rock'.

"The support of legalizing gay marriage is in no way meant to change the ideals of the section of Christians who believe that homosexuality is a sin. But we should refuse to let other people's ideals shape the way we live our lives. Each of us has a short ride on this earth and as long as we stay in our lane, and don't affect someone else's ride, we should be allowed to drive as we see fit." - Rt - THANK YOU!!!

Maybe a little... but Daughtry releases songs on top of each other and they seem to do okay. Smiler Gives the DJ a variety of new releases to choose from!

It does seem very soon after Someday.
Maybe they are just "testing the water" to see how it goes down here before they release it in the US

One DJ described gmtm as one of the sexiest songs he's heard in a long time Razzer
