I think it will be a slow climber. Atlantic wants it peaking closer to the holidays. They haven't even really released the song to pop radio yet. What I'm wondering is if Rob will be doing any TV promo at all leading up to the holidays. Someone posted something about Ellen but I never read anything else about it. Maybe Rob can perform on someone's primetime Christmas special. I've read that Carrie Underwood and another AI contestant (I can't think of her name right now) will both have their own Christmas specials. Where's Rob's? I guess the same place as his SNL performance. Ain't happening. Anyway, here's a little bit of info. At least Atlantic is paying for some nice spins on VH1. That does help. It's the only place people can see Rob on TV. Maybe he ought to go country on his next album. (Actually I think he will eventually release a traditional country album at some point in his career.) I see his counterparts like Brad Paisley and Keith Urban on primetime country shows at least 4-5 times a year.
