Tomorrow is Paul McCartney's 64th birthday - the FAMED 64th birthday. So in honour of the great and legendary Sir Paul....

Sing along! (just follow the bouncing ball Wink)

WHEN I'M 64

When I get older
Losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a Valentine
Birthday greeting, bottle of wine
If I stay out 'til quarter to three
Would you lock the door?
Will you still need me
Will you still feed me, when I'm 64?

Hmmmmm, you'll be older too
And if you say the word
I could stay with you

I could be handy mending a fuse
When your lights have gone
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday morning, go for a ride
Doing the garden, digging the weeds
Who could ask for more?
Will you still need me
Will you still feed me, when I'm 64?

Every summer we could rent a cottage in the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save
Grandchildren on your knee
Vera, Chuck, and Dave

Send me a postcard, drop me a line
Stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say
Yours sincerely wasting away
Give me your answer
Fill in a form
Mine forever more
Will you still need me
Will you still feed me
When I'm 64

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Mare, he's amazing live! Soooo worth the crazy ticket prices...

Paul, I was raised a Beatles fan, my mom was 13 when you played the Ed Sullivan show on February 9th, 1964. Her mother's day preent last year was a ticket to see you in Denver. I know she still needs you when you're 64!

To one of the world's most adorable men...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

We love you!!!!!

"I was thinking about you when I thought about this. Alright, it's not what you think, I tried to go even deeper into our history together. This is a song by Tracy Chapman." ~Rob talking to me before covering "Baby Can I Hold You" Las Vegas 10/24/09 Thanks Rob, it was great!

"I don't say nothing these wall are thin I'm paranoid baby, you know me"

"So wise up, come to your senses, there's only one way this can end...it's a strong combination of fear and elation that makes you not able to think. So get on the right side and forget about the bright side, there's only so much you can take." ~PD

"You only need 2 things in life...money and condoms." ~Rt

"I remember hearts that beat, yeah, I remember you and me, tangled in hotel sheets for hours..." ~M.N.

While still a yah-yah, I wasn't around yet for the craze that was The Beatles. I still consider myself a Beatles fan, though, for SURE! Anyways, when I heard Sir Paul was going to be 64 this weekend, I thought of ALL THOSE fans and how we're ALL aging, and how wonderful life truly is.

Isn't it amazing how a singer/songwriter/artist can make you appreciate what ya got?? Smiler

Happy Birthday, Sir Paul...and may you make it through this rough patch an even better man.
