Can someone tell me...what time did Rob go on and how long did he play for? I'm going next week to the Jones Beach show. I keep hearing the show advertised as if Rob & Jewel are splitting the venue. Is this the case or is Jewel truly an opening act? Can someone please confirm for me? Thanks!!! Smiler

From what I've read Toby Lightman is the opening act. Jewel follows her and then Rob. Jewel's set has been a little over an hour and Rob's maybe an hour and a half.

Toby Lightman opens for them & she plays about 5 songs. She is very good. Jewel then plays for about an hour. Her show got better each night between Atlanta & the second show at the Borgata. Rob is always awesome. Rob has been playing for about an hour and a half. Most nights it has been about 2 songs shorter than the first part of his tour. Saturday, the 3rd, he played an additional cover song.

the breakdown at Holmdel(PNC) on the 11th was something like 30-40 minutes for Toby, just over an hour (maybe 70 minutes?) for Jewel, and just about 2 hrs for Rob. He said he wanted to go longer, but they wouldn't let him, LOL

Big GrinI am soooo new to this...but, I just want for SOMEONE to share in my PURE EXCITEMENT...a lot of my friends, do...but, they don't TRULY understand Confused

I used to work as a morning show producer (radio)...but, I have been out of radio for quite a few years...and a member of the morning team that I produced, called me, yesterday to tell me that she had 2 tickets & 2 backstage passes for me to see *sigh* ROB (oh, & Jewel...), so, I am waiting to see if the tickets that are given to me are better than the ones that I bought...the ones I bought are on the right side of the stage (when standing on stage), and they are fairly close seats...but, I GET TO MEET ROB! and have my picture taken with him (& Jewel) & have the pics posted on their websites...AND, I get to write a review of their show, that could quite possibly be on the website, too! I'M SOOOOOOOO EXCITED! okay, I'm sorry, I just HAD to find someway to show my excitement & with people who REALLY understand... Cool
