If you could bring a dead rock star back to life for one gig, who would it be?
John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis, Kurt Cobain, Buddy Holly, Freddie Mercury? Or someone else? This Day in Music are carrying out a world-wide survey to see which dead rock stars people would want to see again - for one night only! Who would you pick? You can see a full list and vote on www.thisdayinmusic.com |

oh kurt for sure
and billy thorpe... 'most people i know, think that i'm craaaaazeeee' Billy Thorpe (RIP Billy) |

Just had a look at the results so far, John Lennon in third, Elvis Presley is second and John Bonham from Led Zepp has the most votes at the moment.
I would've thought John Lennon would win this no problem? Freddie Mercury is in forth place, Hendrix is in fifth and Kurt Cobain in sixth. |

From an Aussie perspective:
Bon Scott, Michael Hutchence, Billy Thorpe. I was looking at memorabillia at the Hard Rock Cafe in Melbourne one lunch break, and happy to spot Billy sitting at a table with his wife. One week later he passed away. |

It's not an original answer but I'm gonna have to say Elvis.

Freddie Mercury, Michael Hutchence.....
my one thing I regret in my life.... had a chance to see INXS when they toured the US.... said... "I'll catch them next time round, which there wasnt" I'm marking it down to learning - Rt |
