"Yeah," He chuckled as we walked to his blue Bentley, "So how've you been ?"

"I been living, not much more to say after that." I slid into the passengers seat smoothing out my True Religion mini-shorts. I looked at my rich honey medium sized legs. I was a tall bean stick who just happened to be into photography.

"I hear you. You know you crazy for them shorts right ? Just cause it's January don't mean it's that hot." He laughed hysterically, never taking his eyes off the road.

"I see that now yo. So what's up with my abode ?"

"Well you gone be staying with me and my brothers until you can get a good paying job. I already have your room set up with your clothes and everything."

"I really don't like you Marcus," I joked seriously about how he'd always been so perfect with everything he did, "When'd you find out about him ? Last Time I checked you where single on the damn prowl. That was a few years back though."

"Yeah he came about a few months ago, November to be exact, like you."

I dropped my eyes to the fact he still remembered my birthday, he indeed was that best friend he so proclaimed to be my whole life. I chuckled as we pulled up to this two story, Victorian style home. I was in awe as he parked and got out, asking me to carry his son. He grabbed my bags as we walked up to the door.

"Yo ! Ya'll this is Melody, Melody these are my brothers: Corey, Diamond, and Spectacular. Yeah that's his government." He introduced us grabbing his son out of my hands. Each one of them took one of my bags as we said hi and showed me to my room. Once there, they all left except the light skinned brother with braids. His lips were thick, nice and pink just like I liked them; his muscles were big and built and so were his legs and stomach. I swear I could have dropped my panties right there in front of him, but kept my classiness as always. The feelings I felt just from looking at him turned me on but couldn't defeat my morals.

"I'm Spec, you'll most likely see me the most `round hea. So ugh, if theres anythang you need I'll be down he hall to the left. You got ya own pers'nal bathroom right there and I'm pretty sure you know where the kitchen is. Nice meetin' yuh." He said singing sweet tunes of a southern man in my ears. I smiled back at him gave my salutations and finished unpacking the little things I had.

"She quiet !" Slick murmured once they'd gotten in the studio preparing to lay a track down.

"Well not everybody is as loud as your ass Corey. Besides, she just moved back to Miami after what ? Ten years of being in New York ?" Marcus defended her case. He worked their switchboard as they were Pretty Rickie & The Mavericks. Rick Rav, they're older brother wrote their music and sometimes even hopped on the tracks.

"Ay, I'm really feelin' dis shit mane, but we need somen' different you know ? A womans touch, I ain't singin', I can't . I mean you can P but what about ya friend ? I know yeen' trynna singing Babygirl and the mavericks got it on lock."Spectacular laughed.

"She can sing, but she ain't too much into it. Photography is her thing."

"Call ha' down hurr," Blue butted in, "She finna stay here, she finna help out."
