I looked at the subways dirty, graffitied, somewhat silver walls. I decided if I was going to move out of New York for Miami, why not travel through the states ? At least to New Jersey. I'd never forget the moment he'd called me, "You've got a god son." Was stated. I barely contacted the nigga during our childhood years, as a matter of fact I hated him to this day with the reason being unknown. I'm pretty sure my clothing would meet the gated apartment housing long before I did. I turned to look outside away from the happy couple who seemed endlessly in love. A homosexual pair; they always seemed happier. The skies were gray with streaks of blue appearing through the clouds, abstract but elegant. The kodak easy share camera somehow seemed to be calling my hand as I flashed a shot of the image. "Perfect." I chimed under my breath as we crossed over into the state of New Jersey. From here I rode an round trip plane to Miami's nearest airport.
I was greeted there by his caring face. Rich chocolate, clear, skin; Thick caramel hinted with pink lips; Low cut accented his Girbaud denim blue-green jeans and plain white tee. The January sky was much more bright than it was up north, I thought erasing the thought of me actually thinking his looks would have changed. "Melody !" He cried out, waving his free hand in the air in a marquee motion. I rushed over to him to see what my godson looked like.

"Marcus, he's your spitting replica."I announced as if it wouldn't be noticed.
