*hopes and prays that Neds can get better without meds*

Good luck to you, dear. Please keep us apprised of your progress, and of course, that of little Wil's.

*hugs and smooches*

Steroids SUCK!

And are totally WRONG for this disease. GAWD!

Thank you VERY much, hon!!!

I sure appreciate your good wishes!

The kids will have the blood tests next week and then we will go from there...

I'm SO GLAD you've finally found some answers, Nedra.

Celiac, untreated, is such a depleting disease. My friend Wendy has it, as does my eldest sister Sandy. When we go out for lunch or dinner, Wendy is always asking how the food was prepared. It's all about daily diligence. My sister is not as good about her diet and finds herself getting depleted too often - sometimes landing up in hospital for serious doses of B vitamins and potassium.

Your new treatment gives you something to work towards, instead of the band-aid "solutions" for all the ills that have sprung up over the years. I'll be anxious to hear about your progress.

WOW, Paula!

Funny how it IS a small world...

I'd never HEARD of it before now.

Yeah, diligence, determination and pure stubborness will be required.

No doubt...

I'm going good so far.

I'm like that horse with the carrot dangled in front of it.

The chance to feel GOOD is driving me on.
