JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS TO A FEW PEOPLE.
FIRST, THANX TO ALL OF THE MB20 GD PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALL SHOWN US LOVE AND FOUND NEW FRIENDS OF THEIR OWN. THAT'S WHY WE'RE HERE. i c this is an old post, but thought i'd tell u THANKS! thanks 4 the music! u r the man...the musicman, i can't begin 2 tell u how your music affects (effect/affect, either way) me...but i have a ? about MAD SEASON...is it a story from start 2 end? a story about breaking up w/ someone...all the albums r great, but i heard this 1 first and i was hooked...hawleyraye
.....i gotta' tell ya' how the song, MAD SEASON got me...i was in my truck, following my family 2 a party, and the words "i feel stupid..." came out of the radio...i did a right turn up a hill and parked at the top and listened 2 the rest of the song. i was in the most insane time in my life, wondering day in and day out if i had gone crazy, and your song was a great reflection of it....2 say i was hooked is putting it lightly....i was yanked in w/ the power of your music....u have a life-force that is absolutely amazing... hawleyraye |

Just wanted to wish you and the family well. Im a huge fan, but not a huge fan of FANS SITES, but here I am. I have followed your career for a long time and you have and always will be the BEST~ Your music makes sense, every song has a meaning. Well almost every song, Im not sure about Mad Season. I do like " I feel ugly, but i know i still turn you on"!~ thats awesome! I could sit here and tell you all day how great you are and how good looking,  But I wanted to ask some questions.My husband wants to know if you and Willie Nelson really are friends? I love your lyrics and solo recordings. But I really have to voice my opinion...I WANT MB20. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE U...it's just not the same. And I'm sure hoping to you, it's NOT about the $$$, but about making the music. PLEEESE make another Matchbox Album. |

Just wanted to let you know that the first time I heard your songs....was with someone I fell for hard back in 97 -98! he was an awsome guy. I think he was your best candian fan! Actually I heard him play your tunes before they were even on the radio! He was a big part of my life for a long time until I meet my husband. Who I love to death by the way. but I just wanted to say that you really Need to come back to Calgary, Alberta Canada, as a group! I had tickets to see you in Calgary back in 2001 but I went into labour the day before therefore I was very sadly not able to make the concert! I was so upset! but i got a baby girl named Riley out of the deal! So i guess it was a compermise... Nut PLEASE!! when ever you do your next tour, make Calgay Alberta Canada one of your stops! PPPLLLEEAASSEE! My faverite songs are Argue, Codie, Long day, GIRL LIKE THAT, bright lights! love you guys... Can't wait until your next tour as a group! |

Hey guys, this is Peggy Howard. (Peppers Peck) My first book has come out a tween novel called Zorees,land of dreams. Forgotten Places Vol.1
I have a dedication in the front to Rob damn the man and Matchbox-20. I listen to them while I write. You should be able to find it by the 1st, to the middle of June depends on how long the marketing takes. Thanks to all you. We have here the most interesting people! Any chance you can make this site specific to MB20? I just get irriated coming here trying to find info about the band and reading about people posting about their jobs, or cats, or asking about American Idol questions. There are other avenues for these lonely people, not here! |
