This is a SUPER quickie response to the AMAZINGLY lovely, brilliant and tickle-me-elmo kinda posts you guys left for my birthday. Needless to say I had only arrived HOME a day and half before the big day....and Meredith(my lovely) had me going pretty good with suprises and family and friend activities to celebrate. It all wound up around 11pm on the 26th, then I was off in my car to her parents to celebrate turkey day with a nice slab of Kosher Ham and Turkey too!!! I have yet to read all the posts and will download them to keep for all time...but the overwhelming love from you guys, gals and ghouls was SO felt all through the last week of touring, in Memphis on the 23rd....straight down to the ACTUAL day...and now a few days later. I was unable to go online till now...and until later tonight...on snail modem....and once I get it together....will beging responding to your love. ::grabbing wallet:: WOH!!! I was kidding!!! Let go of my purse!!! ::stamping off like super diva:: ; )~ I just need you all to know..I DO indeed owe you a fun filled post with parting gifts, candy and prizes. Or ummm....at least some interesting things to say!!! And Again....truly truly truly...you all made my special day....that GIANT NUMBER OF A DAY....that UNBELIEVABLE amount of DECADES amassed into one relatively large number...well it wasn't very painful at all...in fact....for those of you still 16 or 39....it kinda is cool! Even though I still get carded....even though I ACT younger than most of you....and even if I saw a GRAY hair once somewhere on my weird hair-do head....I so feel 23 because of all of you. So I raise my Orange Juice glass this morning to all of you....::checks clock and realizes it is 4:30pm::....Here is to all your kindness...continued support, friendly smiles...and always heart-felt love. You have made this moment in my life that much more special....and for that....I thank you...and love ya back about 10 times more. = )~ Will leave a less emotional ::grabbing Kleenex again:: message before the next show....I PROMISE!!!!! DAMN IT!!!! OK....I have to go and bring the turkey back to the ranch. We couldn't eat him....so we decided to get him his own place on the west coast of Florida....some room to roam...and gooble, and of course meet some really fine heel wearing Turkey Mate. ::wondering what was put in my OJ:: hooowwwwllll!!!!
