good evening matchsticks. Mari and I were sitting and reading through all of her birthday wishes from you guys on one of the minutes that we were able to steal away from our busy-ness. Mari wanted to say thank you so much for all of the love you give. (you know that the love is good).
Robin, we want to thank you so much for all of the hard work that we know must have gone into your beautiful gift, it was worth the wait.
I've been really busy working on my solo thingy and...hey! isn't my post icon cute? i think he's cute. (you know that you love the icon). anyway...
ooooh! yeah! Mari and I have just started a foundation here in New York called the sidewalk angels foundation. Mari started it so that we could help out with causes close to our heart in and around the big cities of the country. expect big things soon. keep an eye out for the website.
i wrote with and produced some songs for a band called "antigone rising" (yes, antigone) keep watch for them as well, i think they rock. (you know you like the rock).
as much as i don't like to respond to gossip, (unless it's not about me, in which case i will talk some [*****])
but while Mari and I were reading the b-day wishes, we came across the new thread about my so-called 'girlfriend' that i was dating before mari. i'm sorry, but none of that is true. while it's true that i've spent time with many strange and wonderful young ladies (some not so much wonderful) this whole situation you guys are describing never happened. i never had a relationship with this girl, i might have known her, she may have been a 24 hour girlfriend (you know you like the 24 hour love), but chances are, if she's lying about this, then i've never met her. Mari says she never found a note from anyone other than my grandmother. (you know you love your grandmother), and i certainly never wrote a song about her, so, don't look too hard for it. you know how people can be. poor dear.
anyway, you guys are the shiznit. i can't wait for you to hear what i'm cooking up in the studio. it doesn't suck.
