Alot of plp I know dont like the chorus for superstar (some of these plp are those who ONLY listen to choruses).

Lu said he was gonna give the track for Bono to sing. Had Santos sing it to show how it goes for Bono. Then he liked Santos and kept him on it.

Do you think Bono should have done it? Or do you think Santos was good for it? Or maybe Lu shoulda sung the shit himself (he did write that chorus)

I dont listin to Bono so Im not gonna say. I can KINDA see why they feel like the hooks annoyin. But I dunno, I wonder why they hate it?

I didn't even know Lu had Bono in mind for the chorus. That would've been hot if he could get Bono, but I do like that Santos is on it. Bono is already very well known, and putting Santos on the song made him known, if at least for being on Superstar.
I don't know why people find the chorus annoying. I guess it's too catchy for some people and it does get stuck in your head. I pay more attention to Matthew's voice when I hear the chorus though. His voice is beautiful.

ye i think it could have been a sick collabo, but santos was a good choice, business wise, and his sound fits it just as well

Anyway Im happy he picked santos I like his voice and I agree it is good business wise. I see why people find superstar annoying the song is played out on the radio way too much. I adimt when the song comes up on the album.I always skip it I get soo tired of hearing it.

And yeah thats all people do listen to the chorus and when they do sing it they love to muff up the word "if you are what you thinkk you are... have no fear" wtf.

Over all I like Matts voice he was in London on Wednesday Lupe let him do a little something something and it was real good.
