You're all wrong, he said it himself in an interview that the HIP HOP he was talking about is dead. Such as the B boy phase, boomboxes, PASSION & Energy, the connections it makes REGARDLESS of what the lyrics were. He said its pretty much like fast food now, there's a few gourmet spots here and there but its mostly the corporations (the industry) thats poisoning it.
